It is always your responsibility to conduct your own research, consult, and seek professional advice from a physician or counselor for your needs. Carolina Zavala cannot be held responsible for your psychological well-being under any circumstances.

My role is solely to provide you with new tools for self-awareness and emotional and spiritual growth through coaching.

I understand that my access to the Service is entirely at the discretion of Carolina Zavala.

I agree that Carolina Zavala has the right to interrupt access to the Service, including all content (i) with 30 days' notice or; (ii) immediately when there is a possibility of misuse of the Service content or material owned by Carolina Zavala.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Coaching, whether personalized or in group format, is NOT therapy and does not treat pathologies. If you have a specific mental health diagnosis or feel that you need psychological support, it is your responsibility to seek a professional in Psychology (a psychological therapist is not the same and does not do the same work as a Coach, and vice versa).

  • A 40-minute Zoom session to explore your needs and determine the ideal coaching package for you.
  • The first half of the session is dedicated to discovering and evaluating your current challenges, and helping you decide which of the coaching packages is ideal for you.
  • The second half of the session is to design a general strategy so that you can achieve your own goals, even if you decide not to continue with personal coaching.

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Later, my team will reach out to you to schedule your first session.
